This ball was as big as my living room chair. I had to beat on it to get it through the doorways of my house. I also faceplanted off of it onto the livingroom floor, broke my glasses, and still had my lower body up on the ball from a simple reverse crunch. Be careful you have to really learn how to keep your balance on these balls. It is not just a toy. I no longer have mine because my cat popped it when my son sat her on it and she pushed off with her claws.
